Drew Pollick
(he / him)
Founder & CEO
MBA; MA Higher & Postsecondary Education; BS Chemistry; SHRM-SCP
Drew learned early in his career at St. Benedict's Preparatory School (Newark, NJ) that talent development was his passion. His interest was further catalyzed through a focus in experiential learning at Teachers College, Columbia University. These two experiences developed his insights into the mechanisms that make organizations great and leaders exceptional. He learned how to harness the power of diversity in teams and interactive systems while working in (and soon leading) HR teams that were forming and scaling their programs for a more modern workforce and business landscape.
Drew's specialties are in HR & Business Strategy, Culture & Employee Engagement, and Talent Assessment & Development. Clients most appreciate the clarity he brings to an organization and his ability to identify and deliver game changing talent solutions.
When he is not working with clients or developing the next services that Craft HR can deliver, he is spending time with his family finding mountains to climb, rivers to paddle, and trails to ride.
