Drew is a dreamer with a vision to help make organizations better. He founded Craft HR in 2017 with partner Dave Modaff. He and Dave saw small and mid-sized businesses in need of higher-level HR support and a gap in access to the custom crafted solutions and best-in-class practices that Fortune 500 companies use - the programs, processes, and practices that define and sharpen their competitive advantage.
